2. In which currency do you invoice? We bill for services in Euros, from one invoice for all services in Europe.
3. Are there any up-front costs? Just the freight and duties to get your products shipped and into the European warehouse.
4. Is there a minimum export amount to Europe? Yes, one pallet of inventory.
5. Can I track orders shipped from Warehouse 11? Yes, we will email you daily shipment and tracking info.
6. What is VAT? Value Added Tax (VAT) is similar to U.S. sales tax. It is charged to end users by law and sales information must be reported to the appropriate tax authorities on a regular basis. Warehouse 11 handles VAT administration for you, making it easy to sell to end users in Europe.
7. How can Warehouse 11 improve my customer service? With Warehouse 11 you can deliver customers orders faster and cheaper with few or no customs delays.
